This project was designed by Plumb Construction. The original home was built by Plumb about 24 years ago. The incentive for this project came from the Client’s desire for a larger Family Room and Dining Room. Their children are now grown and are beginning to start families of their own, resulting in larger gatherings in the living areas of the home. The 1st Floor rear and side exterior walls were removed and replaced with steel beams to increase the size of the Family Room and Dining Room. The new Addition walls are filled with windows bringing the outdoors to the inside while dramatically increasing natural light in the new rooms. The scope of work included granite Kitchen counter tops, new windows, siding and roofing. The current renovation design included provisions for a future Phase II Renovation to add a 1st Floor Master Suite.
